3 Session Series $525 ($175/session)

  • 2 or more issues covered

  • Self-Hypnosis introduction (reinforces thought, emotion and habit changes)

5 Session Series $750 ($150/session)

  • 3 or more issues covered

  • Deepening on all newly established patterns

  • Self-Hypnosis instruction in more detail, coaching on deepeners

  • Emotional response patterning

GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SESSIONS

Some Details

  • Each session will last approximately 60-90 minutes

  • On your first session, we’ll discuss your goals in detail, and the change you want to bring about in your life - I then take those details and tailor a plan specific to you

  • All sessions are carried out in a safe, confidential, relaxed and professional environment

  • I do require 2 business days notice of cancellation

 

What To Expect & What Hypnosis Feels Like

  • You will be aware all of the time while you are in hypnosis, of your environment, what is said to you and where you are

  • When you first start off with a session, I’m going to be doing a hypnotic induction - this just helps you to relax and focus your attention

  • For some, hypnosis is a combination of deep physical relaxation and heightened awareness

  • Sounds can be ultra crisp and clear

  • One of the keys to success, as with any hypnotherapy session, is repetition - the problems you want to fix were born out of repetition, so we take the same approach with the solution

  • While enjoying your hypnosis session, you may notice that your breathing and heart rate safely and comfortably slow down

  • Some describe sensations of floating or weightlessness while in hypnosis, others describe a deeply relaxed heaviness in the body

 

Getting the Most Out of Your Sessions

  • On our first session I will explain in detail what hypnosis is and how it affects the mind - this information is necessary for the deep hypnotic state I desire with my clients

  • During hypnosis, it’s best to just allow your thoughts to drift wherever they choose to go...that free floating mind-set is right where you want to be

  • You don’t need to try really hard or even wonder if you’re in a state of hypnosis - let me determine that

  • Feel free to cough, sneeze, shift position, scratch an itch - you won’t disrupt the process at all

  • Hypnosis is not sleep - we will be talking to each other and listening, so stay awake during your hypnotherapy session
